1. Who we are and acceptance

By using the Lumi app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. The service
Lumi is an AI-based tool that explains the meaning of words and phrases in context between Arabic and English. It is for personal and educational use and is not a substitute for certified translation or for legal, medical, or other specialist advice.
3. Accuracy
Results are generated by an AI model and may sometimes contain errors. We keep improving quality, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy, so check a result before relying on it for anything important.
4. Text you send
No text is sent before you agree inside the app, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Processing details and providers are in the Privacy Policy.
Do not send personal data about other people, or sensitive information such as passwords, health, or financial data.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse it, send high-volume automated requests, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia or harms the Company or others.
6. Intellectual property
All rights in the Lumi app, including its design, logo, and code, belong to ARSA Systems Company. The text you enter remains yours, and you may use the results you receive for your personal purposes.
7. Fees
The app is currently free. If we later add paid features, we will show the price and terms before any purchase, and purchases will be made through the App Store.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is free and provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damage arising from inaccurate results or service interruption, except for its fraud or gross negligence or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Apple and third-party services
If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
10. Users under 18
If you are under 18, use the app with your guardian's knowledge.
11. Changes and suspension
We may change these Terms or the app's features. We will notify you in the app of material changes before they take effect; continued use afterwards means acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part when needed.
12. Language and governing law
The Arabic text of these Terms prevails in case of any conflict with a translation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
